Fed is 'running out of runway' to announce taper timeline: Strategist

Heng Koon How from United Overseas Bank says the Federal Reserve should soon start guiding markets toward normalization as he expects the central bank to taper as early as December. He also thinks the U.S. dollar will strengthen significantly against Asian currencies ahead of an interest rate hike.
